This 16.39g Laghman teal blue bicolor Tourmaline with pink core is the only locale in the world that produces an Elbaite of this cotton Candy teal blue hue that I am aware of other than Paraiba Tourmaline which are a different family due to being copper bearing which this is not. This is honestly one of my top favorite colors of blue in the world it reminds me so much of Ajoite as well!!
